The Internship Programme here at Coventry Elim is an exciting opportunity for you to develop your skills and grow as a leader through serving your church community.

As you give a year of your life to serve God and his mission in our church context, you will gain hands-on ministry experience, you get the chance to study the bible and key leadership principles through a bespoke teaching syllabus, and you will be encouraged to step into opportunities that lead you out of your comfort zone and into growth and fruitfulness.
