SENIOR PASTOR

Duncan started his ministry as Youth Pastor here at Coventry Elim back in 1997. In March 2005, he was invited to be the church's Senior Pastor.

He’s married to Helen and has four great kids.

Duncan loves running marathons, watching West Ham United, and reading books.

Duncan is also a member of Elim's National Leadership team.

ASSOCIATE PASTOR

Shirene is a trained counsellor and has over 10 years experience of working in primary schools, supporting families with complex needs. She is passionate about pastoral care and seeing people encounter Jesus.

Shirene has a heart for encouraging other women to walk in their God given identity with God given authority and heads up our women’s ministry.

Shirene is married to Sope and they have two great kids.

EXECUTIVE PASTOR

Gaz is a worship leader, songwriter and session musician. He is passionate about the expression of music and how it can be used to draw people into God's presence.

Alongside leading the worship team, Gaz also heads up our media and creative teams.

Gaz is married to Jacqui and they have 2 great kids.

YOUNG ADULTS & ADMIN CO-ORDINATOR

Tiana has a heart for tackling injustice and inequality and has spent years working as a diversity & inclusion consultant. She is passionate about helping young adults to grow in their relationship with God, grasp all that He has for them and find safety in community.

Tiana loves serving others through her gifts of communication and organisation as our Administrator.

Alongside heading up our Young Adults ministry, Tiana is also involved in our Youth, Sozo, Production and Additional Needs teams.

KID’S WORKER

Emma has a level 3 Diploma in childcare and education and a Diploma in popular music and worship. Emma has been working with us for 5 years leading the children's ministry and is also a part of Elim's national Limitless Kids' leadership team.

Emma has a heart for inclusion and is passionate about seeing kids encounter Jesus through worship and seeing them develop a heart of worship.

YOUTH WORKER

Joe is committed to raising a generation of devoted, vibrant disciples to Jesus and to building a culture of family where the young people of the church feel they can belong and put down roots. Alongside Youth work, he’s also involved in the worship team here.

Joe loves adventuring in the great outdoors, following Nottingham Forest and listening to, playing and creating music.

Joe’s married to Bethia who is a children and young persons community mental health nurse.

DESIGN & WORSHIP COORDINATOR

Daniel is a passionate worship leader and Graphic designer. He feels called to use both His musical and creative gifts to serve God, His church and His people.

Dan finds joy in being a part of the youth team alongside this and loves being involved in various areas of the church community. Dan desires to help others feel at home and in community, just as he does himself.

HOUSEKEEPING

Zarah is married to Davood and they have 2 children, Pourya and Parima.

She loves making new friends, cooking and taking care of plants!

She joined Elim 13 years ago and her gift is serving one another humbly in love.
