Radical Discipleship

Our aim at Coventry Elim is to be a church full of people who are following the call to 'radical discipleship.' We want to be a group of people who are fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ.

We see discipleship as a commitment to learning and serving. We encourage people to engage with our corporate teaching in our Sunday worship as well as in our Small Groups, and we also challenge people to take personal responsibility for their own spiritual growth and their need to 'self-feed.'

We believe that being a disciple involves acts of service and therefore we encourage people to make their Faith practical by serving in the life of the church, the local community or even on a short-term mission. We believe that Christians should be getting their hands 'dirty' in serving God and others.

General Pastoral Care at Elim is provided mostly through small groups. If you are due to go into hospital, are unable to attend church due to ongoing ill health / family difficulties, do let us know. Call the Church Office, or email: PastoralCareTeam@elim-coventry.org.uk
