Helen Smallwood

Associate Pastor

After leaving Bible College, Helen commenced her ministry at the Elim Church in Stafford. In the year 2000 she joined the staff at Coventry Elim and today has specific responsibility for outreach, worship and students.

Simon Whitley

Youth Pastor

Sean Charlesworth

Pastor of Smallgroups and Pastoral Care

Sean comes from Norwich, where he met and married Julia. After completing his degree in Applied Theolgy, he was Pastor at the Preston Elim Church for nearly nine years. He is a professional counsellor/supervisor and has specific responsibility for small group and pastoral care.

Andrew Casemore 

Children's Worker

Andrew works with children from 3 years of age to school year 6. He oversees a varied program inside and outside of the church.  Andrew is married to Rachel and has two boys.

Sue Price

Family Worker

Sue began family work at Elim in 1999 working with both non-church and church families.  She offers support to parents on an individual basis as well as group opportunities for families to make friends and support each other.
